Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.

Support requests are being processed 7 days of the week, in the order they were received. Please note that most of them are handled within a few hours, but sometimes you will have to wait more.
